Passport

The passport must:

• Be valid for at least 180 days after exit from Pakistan
• Have at least 1 blank page.

Application form
An application form must:

• be printed out and completed in block capital letters.

Photograph

The photograph must:

• Be taken within the last six months.
• Be taken against white background.
• Be 35 mm x 45 mm  in size.

   

Please note:
Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application. (2 copies)
Additional documents

• Business Visa Checklist.
• Hotel booking.
• Proof of address.
• Last 1 month bank statement.
• Copy of inviting company’s certificate of incorporation.
• Invitation letter from company in Pakistan.
• Letter from applicant’s UK employer.

Star Visa Services Authorization form
This form must:

• Be printed out
• Be completed and signed

Pre-paid Special Delivery return addressed envelope
It must:

• Be purchased in the post office.
• Have valid return address on the envelope.

Please note:
Pre-franked envelopes are not accepted by the Post Office on return.
Applicable only if you would like to receive your passport back by Special Delivery Post.

Step 3: Important notes

• Consulate fees above are for UK citizens only. Please see the link for consulate fees for other nationalities.
• Visas can only be applied for within 1 month of the outbound travel date.
• In certain circumstances when applying for a multiple entry visa may be restricted to single entry at the High Commission’s discretion, in which case the higher fee charged for the multiple entry application will not be refunded.​
• If you are applying with non- UK or no EU member state passport, you must have long term or indefinite UK visa stamp in your passport.
• Visas cannot be applied for more than three months in advance of the entry date.
• While every effort is made to provide accurate information, visa and passport requirements are constantly changing and there may be a delay before we are advised of such changes. We are therefore unable to guarantee complete accuracy always.
• Processing times and charges given are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed. All Embassies reserve the right to refer an application, ask for further documentation and/or request a personal interview, therefore we strongly recommend you do not purchase non-refundable tickets before getting your visa.

We accept all major UK issued debit cards.

Step 5: Delivery & Postage

Send us your application with all required documentation to below provided address:

Please note:
We strongly recommend using Royal Mail special delivery service.
You can send us your application by your preferred courier company, postal service or bring it to our office yourself. Please do not send your documents using normal mail.
When the visa is ready we shall return the passport back by the pre-paid envelope provided by you.
Alternatively you can arrange collection from our office by your preferred postal company, courier service or you can collect the passport yourself.
