Step 1: Visa Costs

Step 2: Documents required

Passport

The applicant’s passport must:

Be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa.
Have at least two blank visa pages.

Please Note:
In addition one photocopy of the passport’s data page (the main page with all the personal information) is required. If the photo is not on this page, a separate photocopy of the photo page must be included as well.

Photograph Two identical photographs must:

Be taken within the last three months.
Be taken against white background.
Be 35 mm x 45 mm in size.

Please note:

Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application.

Application Form

The applicant’s application form must:

Be completed online
State applicant’s full UK address at Q.16 including house number, road,city and post code.
State the inviting Company name and address only at Q.33 if travelling on business.
State the hotel details at Q.33 if travelling on tourism.
Have no handwritten changes. Correction fluid not permitted.
State the applicants specific job title (Engineer is not considered specific enough).
Be printed with all borders showing clearly.

at our office for an additional fee of £20 plus VAT.

Proof of travel arrangements

This must be:

original or colour copy hotel reservation confirmation letter
acopy of the flight confirmation showing each applicant’s name and the onward/return travel.
or original or colour copy invitation letter from Azerbaijani travel company.

This letter must be on letterheaded paper, stamped, dated and signed by an authorized individual.Confirmations from online agents such as “booking.com” are not accepted.

Times Visa Services Authorization form

This form must:

Be printed out
Be completed and signed

Pre-paid Special Delivery return addressed envelope

It must:

Be purchased in the post office.
Have valid return address on the envelope.

Please note:
Pre-franked envelopes are not accepted by the Post Office on return.
Applicable only if you would like to receive your passport back by Special Delivery Post.

Step 3: Important notes

Due to changes in the legislation, the processing time for applications can no longer be guaranteed.
If you are applying with non UK or no EU member state passport, you must have long term or indefinite UK visa stamp in your passport.
Visas cannot be applied for more than three months in advance of the entry date.
While every effort is made to provide accurate information, visa and passport requirements are constantly changing and there may be a delay before we are advised of such changes. We are therefore unable to guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
Processing times and charges given are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed. All Embassies reserve the right to refer an application, ask for further documentation and/or request a personal interview, therefore we strongly recommend you do not purchase non refundable tickets before getting your visa.
We need your documents by 4pm in order to apply next working day.
If express service chosen – Telex invitation letter from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is required.
If multiple entry visa chosen – Telex invitation letter from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is required.
All invitations must be no older than one month.
The day the application is submitted to the visa centre is not included in the consulate processing time.
Visas cannot be applied for more than three months in advance of the entry date.
Single entry visa allows a maximum stay of 30 days in Azerbaijan.
Multi entry visa allows 90 or 180 days stay in Azerbaijan depending on the type of invitation letter.

Azerbaijan visa centre only accepts card payments and adds 3% surcharge on top of the combined consulate and visa centre fees outlined above.

Step 4: Payment Options

Step 5: Delivery & Postage

We strongly recommend using Royal Mail special delivery service.
You can send us your application by your preferred courier company, postal service or bring it to our office yourself. Please do not send your documents using normal mail.
When the visa is ready we shall return the passport back by the pre-paid envelope provided by you.
Alternatively you can arrange collection from our office by your preferred postal company, courier service or you can collect the passport yourself.
