Passport
The passport must:
• Be valid for at least 90 days after entering Uzbekistan
• Have at least one blank visa pages.
• be in good condition.
• Photocopy of the passport pages(including blank).

Application form
An application form must:

• be printed out and completed in block capital letters.(2 copies)

Photograph
The photograph must:

• Be taken within the last three months.
• Be taken against white background.
• Be 35 mm x 45 mm in size.

Please note:
Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application.
 
Invitation Letter
The letter from the inviting partner In Uzbekistan:

• can be from tour operator or travel agent. Who must apply to the MFA(Ministry of foreign affairs) on your behalf.

 
Times Visa Services Authorization form
This form must:

• Be printed out
• Be completed and signed

Pre-paid Special Delivery return addressed envelope
It must:

• Be purchased in the post office.
• Have valid return address on the envelope.

Please note:
Pre-franked envelopes are not accepted by the Post Office on return.
Applicable only if you would like to receive your passport back by Special Delivery Post.

• The visa will only be issued on confirmation from the MFA being received by the London Embassy’s Consular Section.
• every additional entries cost £8.00
• A personal interview with an applicant may be required. In such cases you will be Informed.
• We need your documents by 4pm in order to apply next working day.
• If you are applying with non- UK or no EU member state passport, you must have long term or indefinite UK visa stamp in your passport.
• Visas cannot be applied for more than three months in advance of the entry date.

• Processing times and charges given are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed. All Embassies reserve the right to refer an application, ask for further documentation and/or request a personal interview, therefore we strongly recommend you do not purchase non-refundable tickets before getting your visa.

Please note:
We strongly recommend using Royal Mail special delivery service.
You can send us your application by your preferred courier company, postal service or bring it to our office yourself. Please do not send your documents using normal mail.
When the visa is ready we shall return the passport back by the pre-paid envelope provided by you.
Alternatively you can arrange collection from our office by your preferred postal company, courier service or you can collect the passport yourself.
